When you are on the page of a tune that you like (maximum price: 1€), you see a "Buy Now!!!" button:

Click, select your country, and call the given premium-rate number (or send an SMS, if it is the case). You then get a code that allows you to download your tune!

It's hard to make it simpler!

You thus stay anonymous, and the cost of the call will directly be displayed in your phone bill, that will just display a call to the given number.

This allows you to select the tune of your choice, and maybe later on to create an account with Baby Bidou to download more tunes and albums from the catalog of thousands of tunes, only for kids!
