Singer self-taught, author, composer, its writing bitter-sweet plays with names, words and rhymes on a music which embarks children and parents towards the countries of the sun. All texts is carried by one a deep love of the life and the children, penetrating into their world and oscillating between their everyday life and their imagination. He introduces into his songs just what it's necessary of spices and mockery to avoid the traps of the "gnian-gniantise", cultivating carefully the art of the peculiarity and marrying gally the sweet food and the salty. Samir Kacel invents a world indeed to him where the children are kings. He's a part of these eternal adolescent which take the life for an immense school playground !
Anecdotally, Samir Kacel was born in 1961 in Paris. He discovers very early the music by the learning solo of the guitar. His children will be one of its sources of inspiration. Naturally, he's going to write for the youth and to give courses of training of guitar in the schools where he practises the musical awakening.
Unpretentious nobody, his two albums "Boule de Gomme" and "Carnet de Bal" were very favorably welcomed by all the specialist publications. It was awarded to them the title of better album youth by the City of Paris as well as by the Committee of listening of the librarians of the City of Paris also... They also obtained 4 keys Télérama and Samir made the front page of Ouest-France.
After numerous shows, shows-cases, Master's degrees-classes, passages radio (RTL, Radio Bleue City, France Info, Aligre FM, FIP, Radio Enghien, etc.) and TV, one of the songs of the album "Carnet de Bal" : "Les bêtises" is selected to be a part of one compilation at Universal.
Samir continues to write with always this need and this well-kept phrasing which we know him...
And as music doesn't need passport to meddle with our ears, then...
